The product appears durable, washable, bright colors, logo was embossed on the product (sponges) itself, and is permanently printed on the packaging. The person with whom I worked to make the order was very helpful, responsive, and quick to respond, despite a massive time difference between Arizona and China. I have no complaints whatsoever. The items are just as promised, packaged in 4-packs with translucent window for buyers to see the colorful sponges inside. We have washed them in the washing machine, and they held up just fine. Wife is using them for her makeup needs and loves them. Very good all around.

although the product came in a timely manner the quality of the product is garbage. I've been in the Industry for 24 yrs so I know what is good and what is decent. these brushes after one use already fray. does not keep its shape. it's a very poorly made product.
